The processing time for this item is up to 7 business days. Your order will be dispatched after the processing time, but at the earliest possible point. Website orders get priority over Etsy. If you would like to know when your order is likely to dispatch, please get in touch.
Once your order has been posted, then unfortunately I have no control over the Royal Mail. As this item is personalised, then I will not be able to offer a refund if the Royal Mail do not deliver on time for your event when I have dispatched on time.
